Peagas Company Limited (Peagas) is one of the leading player in real estate with a mission to provide the most innovative and affordable real estate services and products in Tanzania, whom also offers highest standards of ethics, value and care to all clients. Peagas achieves this through its existing staff of well–trained individuals who are creative, honest and people-oriented. The team is headed by suitably qualified and professionally motivated management team. Clients can rest assured and with confidence knowing their property sale or purchase are in the hands of competent Peagas real estate professionals.
This organization was founded and registered as a private company in 2013, with its head office in Dar es Salaam, with the intention of establishing a reputable company which is to eventually turn into a dominant real estate provider, capitalizing on property market growth in Tanzania.
Peagas was registered on the 18th April 2013 with Certificate of Incorporation No. 98646 issued by Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA). Peagas is also licensed by the Director of Internal Trade - Ministry of Industry and Trade as Real Estate Developer and Agent. Peagas is also registered with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) with Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 120-662-023.

Managing & Technical Director
Eng. Peter Mujuni Ndyetabula
- MSc (Highway Engineering) – University of Dar es Salaam 2000
- BSc (Civil Engineering) – University of Cape Town South Africa 2001
Peter Ndyetabula has an extensive training in Civil Engineering. Ndyetabula has been involved in public and private construction projects for more than 15 years. Ndyetabula has also been involved in numerous informal settlements upgrading projects in Tanzania and South Africa. Peter Ndyetabula is a registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) since 2002. Notably, Peter Ndyetabula has worked with a local NGO WAT-Human Settlements Trust for 5 years, managing an internationally funded affordable housing project aimed at enabling low income families in Dar es Salaam own land and houses. During the final 2 years tenure, more than 1,500 plots were surveyed under Peter Ndyetabula’s technical leadership and more than 600 affordable houses were constructed.
Finance & Administration Manager
Edina Edward Mulungi
- BCom (Finance) – University of Dar es Salaam 2010
Prior to Peagas, Edina Mulungi worked with an NGO Karibu Tanzania Association (KTA) as an Accountant. KTA is based in Iringa, whose mandate is to promote folk education and adult learning. KTA also works with local communities to advocate for human/gender rights, life skills and entrepreneurships. Mulungi also spent one year as an assistant accountant with Bandarini Saccos. This background with communities and exposure to strict international donors requirements as well as Saccos regulation has been crucial in the growth of Peagas. She has been responsible for setting out controls and reporting systems that are transparent as well as clients’ education and care.
Marketing Manager
Kuvise Selemani Msemo
- BA (Community Development) – Tumaini University Iringa 2013
Kuvise Msemo has worked with several NGOs prior to joining Peagas. For two years, Kuvise worked with Restless Development prior to joining Peagas, a youth-led development agency. Organization’s work included civic participation, livelihoods and, sexual and reproductive health and rights. Kuvise has the required people skills and extremely capable in planning and conducting trainings on Peagas’ products and services to any level of clients.

Beatrice George Dungu
- BSc (Insurance & Risk Management) – IFM 2014
Beatrice Dungu is a new addition to Peagas’ management team. Her background in risk management was essential in filling the critical gap as Peagas forged ahead with massive investments in new regions. She heads the new Dodoma branch.
