Peter Ndyetabula has an extensive training in Engineering and Planning. Ndyetabula has been involved in several public and private construction projects for more than 15 years. Ndyetabula has also been involved in numerous informal settlements upgrading projects in and outside Tanzania. Peter Ndyetabula is a registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) since 2002. Prior to joining Peagas, Peter Ndyetabula was involved in an internationally funded affordable housing project aimed at enabling low income families in Dar es Salaam own land and houses. Between 2011 and 2014, Peter Ndyetabula headed a successful low cost housing project, tasked to provide surveyed land and construction of low cost housing around Dar es Salaam.

Prior to Peagas, Edina Mulungi worked with various local NGOs as an Accountant. One of the NGOs was based in Iringa, whose mandate was to promote folk education and adult learning. This NGO also worked with local communities to advocate for human/gender rights, life skills and entrepreneurships. Mulungi also spent one year as an Accountant with one of the leading Saccos in Dar es Salaam. This background with communities and exposure to strict international donors requirements as well as Saccos regulation has been crucial in the growth of Peagas. She has been responsible for setting out controls and reporting systems that are transparent.

Kuvise Msemo has worked with several NGOs prior to joining Peagas. For two years, Kuvise worked with one of local NGOs based in Dar es Salaam before joining Peagas. This NGO is a youth-led development agency. Organization’s work included civic participation, livelihoods, sexual and reproductive health and rights. Msemo has the required people skills and is extremely capable in planning and conducting marketing & trainings on Peagas’ products and services to any level of clients.

Beatrice Dungu is a new addition to Peagas’ management team. Her background in risk management was essential in filling the critical gap as Peagas forged ahead with massive investments in new regions. She heads the new Dodoma branch.
