Pricing in land will continue to increase in all major towns in Tanzania at a faster rate than any other investments or bank savings. Peagas strongly advocates for individuals, especially those with low income, to invest on land for their future. In understanding our targets’ ability and needs, Peagas also allows individuals to pay in monthly installments. Peagas offers individual plots that are aimed to enable individual families to benefit and own land (and eventually housing) at very affordable prices and favorable conditions. Clients could own land and have up to two years to pay. Peagas’ land prices are the lowest in the market because they are based on real value and not market speculation.

In our ambitious plans of addressing the needs of increasing number of moderate income earners, Peagas offers several plots for sale in bulk at wholesale price to individual or relevant institutions such as Developers, Microfinance Companies, NGOs, Saccos, Vicoba, Local Government, etc. Peagas strongly believes that in addressing the housing demand currently existing in Tanzania, such strategic partnership would have a wider impact in terms of numbers.

Peagas offers professional services to existing un-surveyed farm owners in formalizing their land. Services include, but not limited to, area determination, land use search, layout designing, cadastral surveying, and title deed application and follow up of the individual surveyed plots. Formalizing of land usually results in an increase of property value significantly.

Peagas offers services to individuals or institutions intending to acquire un-surveyed land with intention of formalizing the purchased land. Services offered include identification of land, area determination, land use search, valuation (market price survey), negotiation, facilitation of land purchasing process (including preparation of legal documents), facilitation of Local and Central Government approval meetings, and feasibility study.

Peagas assists in buying, selling, renting and management of land and houses.

Peagas offers full engagement services in the planning and facilitation of the process of interventions in illegally occupied land to provide urban infrastructure improvements and assistance in the acquisition of ownership titles or other occupancy rights, through participatory approach. Peagas offers community mobilization services, layout designing and cadastral surveying.
